1. Provider and scope

The provider of this website and the marchal. digital services is Filip Marchal, Business ID 86902245, Staroměstská 2261/6, České Budějovice 3, 370 04, Czech Republic. Contact: filipmarchal@gmail.com.

These terms apply to accounts created on marchalobjects.com, access to marchal. generators, files generated or supplied through those generators, and other digital content made available by marchal. No physical or digital product, membership or other paid service is sold through marchalobjects.com. Memberships are purchased separately on Thangs and are subject to the offer and terms displayed there. Mandatory rights always prevail over any conflicting provision of these terms.

2. Website account

An account is required before entering a protected generator. You may sign in through Google or by using a one-time code delivered to your email address. We do not create or store a separate password for email-code sign-in. You must keep access to your email or Google account secure and must not allow another person to use your marchal. account.

The account exists primarily to identify you, connect your Thangs account and verify whether you currently qualify for generator access. Creating a marchal. account does not itself purchase, renew or cancel a Thangs membership. You must provide accurate information, use only accounts you are authorised to control and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Connecting Thangs and membership verification

To unlock a protected generator, you authorise marchal. to connect to your Thangs account through the delegated connection provided by Thangs. We use that connection to identify the connected Thangs account and check relevant membership status. We do not receive your Thangs password or payment-card details.

Generator access is available only while the connected account meets the membership conditions stated in the applicable Thangs offer. Access may be refused or end when a membership expires, is cancelled, is refunded, payment fails, the account is no longer connected, or Thangs reports that the required membership is inactive. Verification may take a short time to update after a membership change. Contact us if you believe the status shown is incorrect.

4. Thangs membership, billing and cancellation

Membership checkout, recurring billing, payment processing and membership cancellation are operated through Thangs. Prices, billing periods, renewal information and the benefits included in each tier are shown before purchase on Thangs. Thangs' own terms and privacy notice also apply to its platform and payment process.

Questions concerning a payment, renewal, cancellation, refund or withdrawal from a membership transaction must be handled through Thangs under the conditions applicable to that transaction. This website does not accept payments and does not operate a separate returns or refund process.

Cancelling or deleting your marchal. website account does not cancel a paid membership or recurring payment on Thangs. You must manage or cancel the membership through your Thangs membership settings. Conversely, cancelling a Thangs membership does not automatically delete your marchal. account, although generator access will end when the membership is no longer active.

5. Digital service and generator operation

The generators are online digital services that allow you to configure a design and create downloadable files. The available controls, output formats and technical requirements are described in the relevant generator. Generated files are prepared on demand. Unless expressly stated otherwise, marchal. does not provide cloud storage or a download history for your generated files. You are responsible for saving and backing up files you wish to keep.

We may perform maintenance and make reasonable technical, security or compatibility updates. We will not intentionally remove a paid core benefit during an active access period without a valid reason and any notice required by law. Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, security incidents or outages affecting hosting, Thangs or other necessary providers.

6. Personal Use License

Unless the applicable Thangs offer expressly grants a commercial licence, Filip Marchal grants the named recipient a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download the supplied or generated files and make an unlimited number of physical prints solely for the recipient's personal, non-commercial use.

You may

• Print the objects for yourself or give an occasional physical print as a personal gift.
• Modify the files for your own personal use.
• Share photographs of your own prints.

You may not

• Sell physical prints or use them in a business, paid service, promotion or commercial bundle unless your active plan expressly includes that right.
• Share, publish, upload, resell, sublicense or otherwise distribute original or modified digital files.
• Use files or renders to create a competing digital product, mould, manufacturing master, machine-learning dataset or model-training dataset.
• Remove or misrepresent authorship, copyright notices or embedded marks.

All rights not expressly granted remain with Filip Marchal. Any commercial licence is governed by the exact wording and duration stated in the applicable offer.

7. Compatibility, printing and safety

The digital service and files must have the characteristics stated in the applicable description. Results also depend on your printer, calibration, material, slicer settings and assembly. Check the stated format and requirements before use and inspect every print. Objects involving food, heat, children, small parts or load-bearing use require suitable materials, hygienic finishing, adult judgement and supervision. A home-printed object is not certified as a toy, food-contact product or safety device merely because a digital model depicts that use.

8. Technical support

If the website cannot verify an active membership, a generator does not work as described or a generated download is technically corrupted, contact us at the address above and describe the problem. We will investigate technical issues relating to the marchal. website and generators. Payment and membership administration remains with Thangs as described in section 4.

9. Acceptable use and account restriction

You may browse public pages and use the service for lawful purposes. You may not share account access, bypass membership checks or other access controls, automate downloads, scrape at unreasonable volume, interfere with operation or security, impersonate another person, connect an account without authority, or use the service or files in violation of law or third-party rights.

We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to contact us. Ending access for misuse does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

10. Account deletion and termination

You may request deletion from the account page. Deletion ends the marchal. login and removes the account data under our control in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable retention duties. It does not cancel your separate Thangs account, membership or recurring payment. Download any generated files you wish to retain before deletion, because no generated-file history is provided for restoration.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence. Consumers may seek out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, coi.gov.cz.
